In "Off. Gazette of RS", no. 44 of 3 June 2016 was published the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure RS, which consists of 26 articles and introduces numerous innovations, of which the most important relating to the registration of taxpayers, the application of electronic identification cards, procedure of enforced collection, the type of tax controls and inspections, and the introduction of new offenses.
